Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No there is no minimum order.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards using PayPal.

Q: Is your payment facility secure?
A: Absolutely! We use a payment gateway called PayPal which is a secure, verified online payment system.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account, what should I do?
A: It is no longer a requirement to have a PayPal account to use their secure online payment system. When you have been directed to the PayPal site click next to 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' and follow the simple instructions.

Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: To process your order we will need a valid email and postal address. This information will never be passed to anyone else. Please remember that if you have a PayPal account you should never disclose your password to anyone (including us).

Q: It has been over a week since I placed my order and I have not received my items yet.
A: We aim to send all orders out within 48 hours of purchase (excepting weekends & Bank Holidays) plus we keep proof of postage on ALL orders dispatched. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of purchase, then it is likely there has been a problem with the postal service. Should this be the case, simply email us and we will look into the matter.

Q: When I received my order, one of my items was broken/torn/bent/faulty.
A: Apologies, sometimes packages can be a little roughly handled in the post. We assure you all items are in perfect condition when leaving our store room. However, we still feel responsible and we will adhere to our no quibble guarantee.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email Customer Services

Q: Do You Ship Overseas?
A: We ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland & Channel Islands) only.

Q: Do you have a printed catalogue?
A: No. Our stock is constantly increasing and our prices are regularly reviewed and often reduced. Because of this, a printed catalogue would soon become outdated. It is far better & more accurate to regularly update our website.

Q: Do you have a shop or outlet I can visit?
A: No. We are an online store only and all purchases are made over the internet.
